Public AskDuff content should answer the reader’s question completely enough to be useful on its own. A community or affiliate link is a next step, not a toll booth hiding an essential step.
Evidence before certainty
Claims should match the available evidence. AskDuff distinguishes direct testing, documented research, informed interpretation, and open uncertainty instead of flattening them into the same level of confidence.
- Material factual claims should be sourced or reproducible.
- Results and screenshots need context, not just a winning number.
- Meaningful drawbacks and alternatives belong in reviews.
- Corrections should be made clearly when the evidence changes.
AI-assisted, human-accountable
AI may support research organization, drafting, analysis, or production. It is not a substitute for source checking, editorial judgment, or publisher accountability. Unreviewed AI output is not the AskDuff editorial standard.
